Summary
Join Key Content, a global content agency, as their Head of Operations. This leadership role will shape the company's growth by ensuring exceptional results for clients and driving operational efficiencies through innovation and technology. You will report to the Managing Director, potentially deputizing for them and contributing to the company's strategic vision. The position requires leading and developing a team, managing client relationships, and implementing change management initiatives. Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in operations leadership within content production, SEO, localization or digital marketing environments
- Proven ability to lead and optimize cross-functional, remote teams in fast-paced, client-facing contexts
- Strong track record in implementing change management initiatives and improving operational efficiency at scale
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Understanding of content performance and SEO
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience in working with remote teams and managing distributed workforces
- Background in scaling, growing businesses
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, aligning with the company’s vision for scalability and excellence
- Lead process improvements and leverage technology to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and enhance team collaboration
- Ownership of KPIs across for client delivery teams, ensuring high standards of performance
- Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Develop professional growth opportunities for team members through mentoring and tailored training initiatives
- Ensure optimal team structures and resource allocation to meet client demands effectively
- Drive change management initiatives, embedding new processes and technologies with minimal disruption
- Identify and overcome operational bottlenecks to enable seamless scaling of the business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and addressing escalations with confidence and care
- Demonstrate commercial awareness
- Partner with sales teams to align operational excellence with client needs and deliverables
- Understand multilingual content production, localization, and SEO-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices
- Ensure the highest quality standards across content creation, with a focus on discoverability and measurable impact
- Provide regular, data-driven insights to the MD, tracking operational progress, team performance, and process enhancements
- Recommend improvements and strategic pivots based on analytics and industry trends
