- Drive sales growth in the US market for optical lenses and optical cameras
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings based on market demands
- Create and execute strategies for penetrating the US market effectively
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the sales budget with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the fiscal year
