Summary

Join us as the Head of Product Marketing at Talon.One, leading the development and execution of our product marketing strategy. This role will collaborate with the go-to-market team to drive initiatives that enhance product positioning, pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience martech B2B SaaS product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Experience in business consulting, product management, or marketing is a plus but not necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and identify market trends, competitor actions, and user needs across multiple segments
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A passion for creating customer value and solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer, market, pricing, and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Craft compelling stories to communicate our vision of redefining the category of Loyalty & Promotions and connect our product with technical, marketing, and C-suite audiences
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and customer feedback
  • Develop innovative, impactful pricing and packaging recommendations for new and existing products
  • Become an expert in competitive research, defining areas of strength and differentiation for Talon.One
  • Leverage competitive insights to build and execute strategic sales plays in partnership with marketing and sales leaders
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure internal teams are enabled and that content reaches the right audiences
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pricing strategies and product initiatives
