Summary

Aria Care Partners is a leading provider of Medicaid and self-pay dental, eye care, and auditory services. The Inside Sales team converts warm leads into sales by educating prospects about additional insurance coverages. Ideal candidates have a health insurance license and good communication skills. Essential duties include meeting sales targets, educating prospects, maintaining contact with prospects, collaborating with partners, updating databases, and selling supplemental policies. A degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with experience in selling supplemental policies and the healthcare industry. Other qualifications include planning/organizing, quality control, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, adaptability, dependability, problem solving, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Educate prospects on the innovative ways to capture additional insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory that may be little or no cost to the subscriber
  • Create a regular cadence of calls to connect and keep in contact with prospects and anyone influencing their healthcare decisions
  • Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers to ensure the quality levels are maintained
  • Updates current database as needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date
  • Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities
  • Sell Medicare supplemental policies such as Vision, Dental, Audiology and Podiatry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred i.e. Vision, Dental, Audiology, Podiatry
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred
  • Experience making outbound calls and successfully engaging with prospects
