Summary
Aria Care Partners is a leading provider of Medicaid and self-pay dental, eye care, and auditory services. The Inside Sales team converts warm leads into sales by educating prospects about additional insurance coverages. Ideal candidates have a health insurance license and good communication skills. Essential duties include meeting sales targets, educating prospects, maintaining contact with prospects, collaborating with partners, updating databases, and selling supplemental policies. A degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with experience in selling supplemental policies and the healthcare industry. Other qualifications include planning/organizing, quality control, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, adaptability, dependability, problem solving, and customer service.
Requirements
- Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license
- Associate or bachelorβs degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Educate prospects on the innovative ways to capture additional insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory that may be little or no cost to the subscriber
- Create a regular cadence of calls to connect and keep in contact with prospects and anyone influencing their healthcare decisions
- Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers to ensure the quality levels are maintained
- Updates current database as needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date
- Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities
- Sell Medicare supplemental policies such as Vision, Dental, Audiology and Podiatry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred i.e. Vision, Dental, Audiology, Podiatry
- Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred
- Experience making outbound calls and successfully engaging with prospects
