Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools -- Linkedin, Capcut, etc

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Client Success Team managers and candidates
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements
