Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience implementation required
• 3+ years extensive backend and front-end implementation and revenue cycle expertise
• Excellent project management skills (knowledge of project management process, tools and documentation)
• Extensive knowledge of Experian Health's products
• Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
• Collect revenue metrics and product KPIs, for the assigned implementation portfolio
• Work closely with Sales on pre-Sale components and scoping
• Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to utilize them, within various types of client settings
• Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workflow
