Summary

Join Komodo Health as a HEOR Segment Solution Specialist and drive sales within the RWE/HEOR segment. Collaborate with sales and strategy leaders to design and execute the go-to-market (GTM) playbook for Komodo's software and services. Partner with Customer Success and ReCon leadership to ensure optimal account strategy and customer engagement. In your first year, you will build and deliver a RWE/HEOR sales GTM playbook, enhance sales prospecting, build high-value partnerships, and achieve annual segment growth quota. This role requires a proven sales leader with extensive experience in the HEOR/RWE/Evidence generation market. Komodo offers a hybrid work model and a competitive total rewards package.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or consulting or working for a biopharma company in HEOR/RWE/Evidence generation
  • The ability to create assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions
  • Worked within a software/data/consulting landscape with a specific focus in the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare Verticals
  • Built and delivered sales GTM playbooks
  • Delivered against teamwide sales enablement needs (messaging, collateral, training, etc.)
  • Enhanced sales prospecting tactics, execution and outcomes
  • Established and executed account strategy and retention playbooks
  • Experience driving a strategic selling motion, including value propositions, execution planning, teaming and outcomes based engagements
  • Demonstrated broad influence leading cross-functionally in organizations and managing/developing teams
  • Deep understanding of data assets
  • Is an absolute expert in the HEOR/RWE/Evidence generation market segment (use cases, challenges, solutions)

Responsibilities

  • Produce artifacts for channel/account sales enablement needs (messaging, collateral, training, etc.)
  • Drive strategic and enterprise level RWE/HEOR/Evidence generation strategy for our customers
  • Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments
  • Serve as a key SME, leader, and consultant to our Channel/Account sales teams
  • Actively manage the prospect/client sales cycle including stakeholder meetings, proposal development & delivery, pipeline management, and client transition to implementation
  • Work with our Operations team to optimize (and/or establish) processes for pipeline management, reporting, etc
