Summary
Join BAD Marketing, a leading Growth Marketing Agency, as a High Ticket Closer or Appointment Setter. You will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into paying clients, managing a CRM, conducting client meetings, and ensuring contract completion. Success is measured by units sold and monthly revenue. The role requires sales experience, excellent communication, strong time management, and industry acumen. Benefits include professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment. The position is remote, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and operates on a 1099 basis.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services
- Strong time-management skills
- Industry acumen in the offer we place you in
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Integrity. Misrepresentation of yourself, our offers, or our company during a client call or anywhere else are grounds for immediate termination
- Strong understanding of the real estate space (real estate investor, life coach, real estate consultant, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage a CRM and database of potential customers
- Take inbound appointments booked on your calendar
- Hold 30-60 minute meetings with prospects
- Take payments, ensure contracts are signed, and enroll into programs
- Coordinate with your management to ensure lead and call quality
- Follow up and prospect during down time
- Attend sales Metrics and Training meetings
- Close. More. Deals
- Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and databases to identify contact information and gather relevant details about prospects
