Responsibilities
- Review Condominium and Planned Unit Development documents for FHA Approval
- Gather documents from HOA such as CC&Rs, Master Deed, By-laws, Budget, Certificate of Insurance, Condo Plan, HOA Questionnaire and Current Reserves
- Submit condominium documents to agencies for approval
- Act as a resource for sales and operations teams
- Work directly with Builders to gather documentation for FHA Approval
- Provide project approval training, as needed
- Create and maintain current and relative checklists and resource materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Mortgage industry experience
- 2 year experience with HOA or Condo Procedure
