Summary

Justlife is hiring a Housekeeping Trainer to implement training programs for housekeeping staff, conduct initial and ongoing training, schedule quality assurance visits, educate service partners on cleanliness standards, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and prepare and maintain quality records. The candidate should have experience as a Housekeeping Trainer or in hotel housekeeping or home cleaning supervisor roles, possess hands-on experience with cleaning tasks, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in English. Requirements

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Trainer or a similar role is required
• Hands-on experience with practical cleaning and maintenance tasks, tools, and products
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Good grasp of public speaking techniques and conducting training
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for housekeeping/cleaning staff
• Conduct initial hard skills and soft skills training, ongoing training, and refresher training for service partners
• Schedule regular quality assurance visits to sites to assess and inspect service partners' performance
• Coach service partners on the job and witness their development
• Educate service partners on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards and re-training service partners who fall below the established standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
• Prepare, organize, and maintain a variety of quality records and reports
