Summary

Join our dynamic People Team at Homa as an HR Apprentice, supporting the HR team across various tasks and strategic projects, and gain broad experience in HR functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Degree program in Human Resources or equivalent studies
• Fluency in English is a must and French is a big plus
• Prior internship experience in Human Resources would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, and advanced organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to D&I initiatives
• Participate in HR projects (e.g., Alumni network, onboarding)
• Assist the People team with contracts, payroll, onboarding, leave management, employee inquiries, and maintaining HR records
• Prepare HR reports and analytics, and conduct benchmarking exercises and assessments related to HR processes and benefits
