Summary

Join our team as a Process Documentation and Employee Engagement Intern! Assist in developing employer branding strategies, create process/operations manuals, and serve as an ambassador to top universities. Perform continuing process improvement, project Sharepoint layout, and manage social media for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuing process improvement for cross functional processes that will increase productivity and reduce costs
• Creation of process/operations manuals
• Creatively project the layout of the Sharepoint of Neolytix
• Create Social Media for employer branding and internal communications on TikTok and other social media
• Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, utilizing award opportunities to showcase Neolytix as an exemplary workplace
• Serve as our ambassador to top Universities and schools for job fairs, school talks and other events
