Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll or administrative roles
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Highly skilled in spreadsheets
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • People-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure an organized offboarding process
  • HR Data Management: Keep HR records accurate and up to date, including new hires, departures, PTO and sick leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Track payroll updates such as bonuses, leaves, reimbursements and other adjustments
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Serve as the main point of contact for team members, addressing questions related to attendance, engagement, compensation and other HR matters
  • Build strong relationships with team members and provide reliable HR support
  • Assist with employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Help develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives with the HR Manager
  • Share important updates, announcements, and reminders and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other team milestones across internal channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BambooHR
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
