Join PocketHealth as an HR Generalist on a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment (60% of the time) and providing general HR support (40%). Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of experience in HR, including hands-on recruitment experience
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities at once
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy building relationships across teams
- Youโre curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve processes and experiences
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Youโre comfortable using or quickly learning HRIS tools (we use HiBob)
- You bring a growth mindset and a flexible, problem-solving approach to your work
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure new team members are welcomed and set up for success
- Support day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employee questions
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as contract updates, leaves, and offboarding
- Maintain and update our HR systems (eg. HiBob, Lever), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and projects, such as engagement surveys, policy updates, or process improvements
- Support other HR needs as they arise, adapting to team priorities
