Join Continental as a HR IT SAP HCM and Fiori Engineer and become a key contact for HR Business, advising and supporting SAP HCM systems, focusing on reporting, interfaces, and SAP Fiori. You will analyze and design processes, redesign and optimize business processes in the SAP HR/HCM context, and plan integration and user acceptance tests. Implement business requirements by setting up and managing interfaces, creating and designing reports, and rolling out and maintaining SAP Fiori applications. Participate in various SAP HCM projects, conducting fit-gap analyses, providing consulting, conception, implementation, and customizing, potentially taking on project leadership roles. Take technical responsibility for applications interfacing with the SAP HCM system.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or other engineering courses or extensive professional experience in the HR IT environment
- Several years of experience in project or consulting environment
- Sound knowledge of the SAP HCM module with a focus on interfaces and reporting
- Very good knowledge of ABAP/4
- Very good knowledge of SAP Fiori
- Very good knowledge of German, written and spoken, and good English skills
- Reliable and careful working methods, especially in a remote working environment
