Summary
Join KOSTAL Group's new global business service center in Hungary as a first-level agent, providing first-level support and handling global master data maintenance in the corporate HR master data system. Maintain personnel actions for non-SAP countries, manage global organizational objects, and respond to inquiries in the ticketing system. Diagnose issues, escalate when needed, and maintain communication with customers and technical teams. Meet SLAs, follow global processes, and provide excellent customer service. This role offers flexible working conditions with remote work possibilities and is based in Budapest, Hungary. The position requires ongoing studies until at least January 2026 and a minimum of 25 hours per week availability.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies at least until January 2026

- Proficient oral and written English
- Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for HR professionals (customers) regarding HR master data maintenance
- Maintaining personnel actions (hires, leavers, etc.) as a service for non-SAP countries like USA & Brazil (ADP), Poland (GT), Czech Republic (Target) and others
- Maintaining global organizational objects (departments, positions) in HR DataCube and their relationships (solid, dotted)
- Respond and investigate inquiries and issues raised in ticketing system
- Properly diagnose issues and route to the next level of support if needed
- Escalating issues and maintain communication with the customer and technical teams in a timely manner through resolution
- SLA’s are being met through support groups
- Follow global processes and guidelines when investigating and solving different topics
- Provide first in class customer service
- Document information regarding technical issues (tickets) in the ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
