PayPay aims to expand its cashless payment services and financial life platform in Japan by collaborating with Paytm, the largest payment service provider in India. The HRBP team's mission is to maximize organizational value by acting as strategic partners in the executive and business units. The People Analytics team will focus on data analysis foundations, HR data visualization and analysis, AI application promotion, and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience in data analysis related to HR, people operations, or recruitment
- Experience using BI tools like Looker and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive and business units in the HRBP department
- Contribute to decision-making and policy implementation by analyzing HR data
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the Organization Development team and Account team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data consulting and Python or SQL for data extraction, aggregation, and reporting
