Summary

The job is for an HR Business Partner at Grupo QuintoAndar, a leading real estate tech company in Latin America. The role involves influencing senior leaders to ensure strategic people management and aligning the People strategy with the service area's strategy and the overall strategy of the group. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in HR, knowledge of all subsystems, previous experience as an HRBP in corporate areas (preferably in Finance and/or People), knowledge in Leadership Coaching, advanced/fluent English, and availability for occasional travel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR
• Previous experience as an HRBP in corporate areas (preferably in Finance and/or People)
• Knowledge in Leadership Coaching
• Advanced/Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to empowering leadership to be autonomous and responsible for people management within their teams through coaching and/or advising on decisions that impact the employee experience
• Support the organizational design of the served area in a consultative manner, identifying opportunities for synergy, movements, new hires, or actions that ensure development and succession, thereby securing a high-performance team
• Co-participate in the recruitment of senior positions, collaborating with the recruitment team by providing business insights and context, and supporting the manager in decision-making for the best hire
