Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in HR general processes, mainly focused on personnel administration
  • Advanced English Language Skills, CONVERSATIONAL
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Responsibilities

  • Work within a designated functional area in Human Resources as a key contact for process owners across the United States and Canada to ensure that each and every step in an associate’s career path with Bosch is accurately reflected in our HR information platform
  • Work mainly with platform and documents, to ensure the correct process and providing remote support to customers from USA and Canada
