HVAC/R Service Manager

Summary

Join our team as a HVAC Service Manager and oversee daily area operations, manage technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a 50% remote and 50% field position with competitive salary, company vehicle, paid holidays and time off, career growth opportunities, and benefits package.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience
• Previous experience in service management roles
• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage team communication, ensuring all parties are aware of needed information
• Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers
• Manage Supervisors, Technicians and assess training needs by selecting training programs for team members
• Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
