Remote HW/PCB Design Engineer

Join our team at ALTEN Mexico as a Remote HW/PCB Design Engineer - Intermediate. In this role, you will design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) and hardware solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance and manufacturing requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware engineering
• Proficiency in PCB design software: Altium Designer and CATIA is a must
• Understanding of electronic circuit design and analysis
• Familiarity with industry standards for PCB layout (IPC guidelines)
• Experience in component selection and sourcing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
