Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency, as well as basic national knowledge

Responsibilities

Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions, which include: Travel to in-person locations to capture proceedings, Recording on Prevail platform, Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness, Marking and maintaining Exhibits, Monitoring and managing the session, Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs
