Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years in financial systems administration and analysis, with expertise in Hyperion tools
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and planning processes
  • Proficiency in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SmartView
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial, systems, and data information clearly and concisely to senior management
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, taking responsibility for completing tasks efficiently
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the clearance level stated above

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Hyperion applications
  • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, including new reports, business rules, and forms
  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance
  • Maintain and update metadata members and hierarchy and data integrity across financial systems
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Hyperion applications
  • Provide support and training to end-users, addressing issues, and queries related to Hyperion systems
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Support forecasting and variance analysis using Hyperion tools
  • Continuously improve financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Government Contractor company
  • Experience with other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, UANET)
