Summary

The ICF-PCC Certified Executive Coach will provide coaching, organizational development, and strategy support to clients at HCRC. The role involves analyzing organizational structures, processes, and workflows, designing workshops and meetings, preparing reports, developing communication plans, and delivering executive and team coaching. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator is required, along with a BA/BS degree, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
• Coaching certification is required (ICF PCC)

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes
• Document the existing capability (current state) for an organization and its associated programs
• Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategic planning sessions
• Design and facilitate meetings and conferences, including handling logistics
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports
• Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Interview stakeholders to elicit requirements and to gain an in-depth understanding of roles, responsibilities, staffing, budgets, authorities, and other elements that impact organizational and program performance
• Develop narratives and visualizations using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other graphic and written formats to communicate results
• Develop communication plans and internal and external communication products
• Perform 360 assessments
• Provide executive coaching and team coaching
• Deliver concrete feedback to coaches about behaviors, decisions, and team dynamics
