IME Quality Analyst

Summary

The Quality Analyst at Dane Street manages the medical file review process, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and adhere to QA checklists. Effective communication is essential between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team. A preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in healthcare/insurance settings are desired.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and client questions have been addressed
• Follows up with the reviewer or client for any additional questions or clarifications
• Updates clients frequently on referral progress
• Ensures the report is grammatically correct with no spelling errors
• Ensures each referral adheres to the QA checklist prior to completion
• Formats reports for approval
• Communicates clearly and concisely between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team
