Implementation Analyst

Summary

The Associate Implementation Analyst will be a member of the Customer Success team at Enable Global Inc. They will work on implementing Enable's software for customers, understanding customer requirements, providing training, and offering ongoing support. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or another numerate subject, proficient problem-solving skills, strong multitasking abilities, self-motivation, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Confident communication skills or customer facing experience
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Capable of explaining complex issues and situations clearly
• Ability to learn and digest information quickly
• Strong multitasking and effective time management abilities
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude to support the team where necessary
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities

• Rapidly master the details of the Enable software
• Attend Customer and internal meetings and capturing key points and actions for distribution
• Collaborate with customers’ finance and commercial teams
• Receive, understand and manipulate customer data, primarily using Excel
• Work alongside experienced team members to conduct customer discovery, facilitating solution design and configuration to meet customer needs
• Provide customer support via our Helpdesk, triaging and responding to tickets
• Contribute to additional tasks within the Customer Success team
• Facilitate the training and development of new team members by sharing your expertise
• Regularly update internal tools and project plans such as GuideCx

Preferred Qualifications

Collaborative team player
