Implementation Consultant

Summary

Join AutoLeap, a leading shop management SaaS company in the auto repair industry, as an Implementation Consultant. You will empower customers by training them on AutoLeap's platform, manage customer relationships, and become a trusted advisor. This role requires on-site support and collaboration with colleagues to improve processes. You will also provide feedback to the Product team based on customer interactions. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software implementations or project management
• Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction
• A strong track record of achievement in previous roles

Responsibilities

• Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap
• Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers
• Offer in-person support and training to customers (ability to travel)
• Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team
• Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in French
