Summary

Join Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) as an Implementation Consultant III and manage the implementation of GHX products, providing subject matter expertise to deliver high-quality service to provider customers. Oversee day-to-day implementation and operations, ensuring client satisfaction and utilization. Present product functionality, create project documentation, conduct customer training, and achieve key milestones to meet revenue targets. The role involves guiding customers through product options, establishing testing environments, training users, gathering requirements, and configuring GHX applications. You will also manage projects, communicate status, collaborate with teams, and identify process improvement opportunities. Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Travel up to 15% annually is required.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or have equivalent work experience
  • Possess 1-3 years of successful experience in an implementation or project management role within a healthcare IT or supply chain organization
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery, and system-to-system integration
  • Interpret business needs to implement products that meet or exceed customer goals and objectives
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and share this passion with team members to enhance processes and customer experience
  • Understand system integration, materials management, supply chain, and accounting principles
  • Excel in a high-energy, collaborative team environment
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to travel up to 15% annually

Responsibilities

  • Implement GHX products according to the defined scope of work
  • Support the entire project lifecycle, from product launch to post-launch support
  • Strive for excellence in delivery, ensuring customers receive value and achieve high utilization of GHX products and services
  • Guide customers through product options aligned with their business processes
  • Establish environments for end-to-end testing and train multiple users
  • Gather and document customer requirements to complete GHX application configuration
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, explaining and showcasing product functionality
  • Maintain and communicate project status, identifying progress, risks, and mitigating delays
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other scrum teams and internal departments to meet customer objectives
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Create, organize, and maintain implementation documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure shared ownership of documentation and project plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand item master management
  • Know Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Have experience working on cross-functional projects with internal and external participants
  • Possess knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems such as Infor Cloudsuite, Oracle Cloud, and Workday
  • Possess knowledge of on-premise ERP systems such as Lawson, Meditech, and Peoplesoft
