Responsibilities

  • Manage the Implementation process for multiple customers
  • Configure customer systems based on their chosen specifications
  • Train firms on the use of Aiwyn’s software and test data flowing through it
  • Design and refine standard operating procedures
  • Contribute and lead internal development and improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the accounting firm industry
  • Experience with Monday.com Work Management Software
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Jira
