Join Paystone's global team as a fully remote Implementation Specialist โ Bilingual and leverage your project management expertise in a dynamic fintech environment. You will oversee client project teams, collaborate with internal development, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client-facing projects. This role demands effective communication with stakeholders at all levels and building strong client relationships for long-term success. You will manage project deployments, upgrades, and requests, establishing goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets. Problem-solving and managing project changes are key responsibilities, along with tracking and reporting on milestones and budgets. You will also contribute to developing project delivery tools and best practices.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business, IT or a related field
- 3 years or more of project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal French and English skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage new customer deployment projects, upgrades and ongoing requests
- Establish project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines and budgets
- Complete project work breakdown structures and estimates
- Resolve issues and solve problems through the course of the project
- Effectively manage changes to project scope, timeline and budget
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables and budgets
- Develop tools and best practices for DataCandyโs project delivery toolkit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with point of sale systems or in a retail-related field
- Experience onboarding new clients via software program implementations
