Summary

Vivrelle is seeking a Fall Intern for their Operations Team to assist in various logistics tasks, gain product and operational knowledge, and prepare for fast-paced work environments.

Requirements

• Organized and detail oriented
• Current enrollment in a related college degree or area of study
• Experience working in a brick and mortar retail environment
• Experience in inventory and stocking

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by adhering to our standards
• Support the identification of items needing repair or removal due to damage
• Assist in accurately tagging all returned items and maintaining organized inventory records
• Update the status of returned items in our systems for efficient tracking
• Support in communicating with members about returned items, missing parts, or accidental shipments of personal belongings
• Assist in coordinating with other departments to prevent fraud and inform members of any order delays or issues
• Provide hands-on support to the Inbound Team, aiding in tasks such as opening and organizing incoming shipments
