Summary
Join the B2B Commercial Team at Nord Security and contribute to scaling global business partnerships. You will proactively engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and provide initial product information. Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and collaborate with the Account Executive team. Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and good time management. Bonuses are offered based on results achieved.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
- Can-do attitude & a sense of humor
Responsibilities
- Proactively process inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure a swift response to customer inquiries
- Engage with potential customers through different channels, providing them with initial product information and assessing their needs
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information to facilitate seamless communication and tracking
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to manage their daily schedules and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve our sales strategies and enhance customer engagement
- Work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team
