Inbound/Outbound Customer Engagement Analyst

Summary

MarketOne is seeking a highly motivated and independent professional with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and experience in B2B Marketing for the position of Inbound/Outbound Customer Engagement Analyst. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via various channels, preparing notes, and following client-preferred methodologies. The role requires a minimum of three CXC passes with a Grade 1 or 2 in English Language or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and at least two years of working experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of three CXC passes with a Grade 1 or 2 in English Language or equivalent
• A high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Working experience equivalent to a minimum of two years

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound/Outbound chats, telephone calls and emails via the specified platform assigned
• Profile Inbound/Outbound interactions to generate sales leads or respond to customer service inquiries
• Prepare notes detailing the Inbound/Outbound interaction for quality assurance review and delivery to client
• Utilize client preferred means to access documents regarding lead routing, software key codes, product briefs, and general Inbound/Outbound related enablement
• Apply the client preferred methodology to ensure quality Inbound/Outbound conversations are conducted
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B Marketing within an international work environment would also be an asset
