Summary

We are looking for an Inclusive Recruitment Consultant to work for a socially impactful organization focused on the inclusion of people with disabilities in 14 countries. Flexible working hours and remote work are offered, with the need to visit clients occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments with the client to understand job requirements and working conditions
• Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including mapping candidates, interviews, and presenting profiles to clients
• Recruit candidates for projects and proposals of Hunting
• Set expectations for candidate profiles with the client consistently
• Prepare and present a report to the client about the search results
• Create alliances with universities, municipalities, NGOs, etc. for the dissemination of job vacancies and increasing our applicant base
• Identify opportunities for improvement and streamline internal processes
• Participate in client training sessions about hiring people with disabilities
• Coordinate invitations for project participants
