Individual Therapist-Mental Health Counselor

Summary

Join a wonderful organization near Silver Springs that provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. This is a 100% remote, 1099 position offering a compensation package of $55-$60 per hour plus bonuses. As a Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative tele-therapy team with a caseload of approximately 30 clients, mostly diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. The position includes clinical supervision, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team providing cutting-edge treatment. You will provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy and complete required assessments and documentation.

Requirements

Must be licensed in the State of Maryland LMSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT to provide counseling services

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients, based on the unique needs of each consumer in order to enhance and foster the client’s optimal functioning
• Cooperatively complete (with the client's and/or guardian’s input) Individual Treatment Plans, OMS Surveys, and other required assessments within the time frame stipulated by program policies and COMAR regulations
• Compensate and accurately document all services provided and submit all documentation (i.e., progress notes, ITP’s discharge/transition summaries, billing summaries, etc.) in accordance with agency policies
• Attend individual and/or group clinical supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor
