Summary

Join our team as an Infor ERP CloudSuite Finance implementation specialist! You will work collaboratively or independently on projects, leveraging your expertise in implementation, upgrades, or redesigns. Responsibilities include hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration, training, testing, problem resolution, and go-live support. You will work directly with clients, documenting requirements and design, and supporting data migration. You'll also lead workshops, develop project documentation, and provide post-go-live support. This role requires participation in program leadership and business development activities. The ideal candidate possesses proven expertise in Infor Finance functional suite implementations and upgrades.

Requirements

• Have hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor Finance functional suite along with project leadership and subject matter expertise of modules within the suite (e.g., GL, AP, AR, CM)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes including record to report, order to cash, procure to pay, period-end close, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team or individually on the Finance workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects
• Provide hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration and build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support, and change management
• Support Finance workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementations including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
• Partner with clients to understand current state processes and define future state business processes based on business objectives
• Support data migration activities from a finance business perspective
• Configure applications according to requirements and design and conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
• Understand Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in the design process
• Develop project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption
• Teach end users and conduct training classes in the technology
• Provide post-go-live support and problem resolution
• Participate in program leadership, governance, and change enablement
• Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans between projects
• Participate in other business development activities as appropriate (e.g., proposal presentations)
• Continually pursue the latest product features, functionality, and technology innovations to stay current and add value to the projects
