Summary

The Infotainment Systems Requirements Engineer role at ALTEN Mexico involves working on engineering or software projects, identifying project deliverables and demands, preparing documents, and having a good grasp of technical writing. The role requires knowledge in Infotainment Systems Engineering, Requirements Documentation and Definition, Validation practices, Quality Methods and tools, vehicle system architecture, Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet/Wifi and telecommunications protocols (preferred), and CAN bus (preferred). Requirements

• Knowledge of Infotainment Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of Requirements Documentation and Definition
• Knowledge of Validation practices
• Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools
• Knowledge of vehicle system architecture
• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Responsibilities

• Develop software/ hardware improvement and diagnosis of infotainment and connected systems
• Perform software and/or hardware analysis
• Prepare action plans to keep programs on track in developed timelines
• Find issues; root cause; and solve
• Interface with vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet/Wifi and telecommunications protocols is a plus
• Knowledge with CAN (Canoe) bus is a plus
