Infrastructure Engineer / Cloud Engineer in Worldwide

Summary

At ERP Suites, our focus is helping our customers realize IT’s potential. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for incidents and service requests related to the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master’s degree is a plus)
• Mastery of AWS or OCI support and design, with strong disaster recovery skills
• Experience with data protection and disaster recovery
• Knowledge of industry-standard hypervisors (certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation, AWS IAM, AWS ELB, Veeam
• 10+ years of experience preferred
• Comfortable with VMware in various configurations and versions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incidents and service requests related to IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, data protection, and virtualization
• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure components, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
