Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active license to practice law in California
• 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on defense, specifically in General Liability / Construction Defect
• Strong coverage background is essential
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Extensive trial experience is required

• Serve as in-house defense counsel, actively managing a diverse caseload of construction general liability claims
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties, including experts and opposing counsel
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, demonstrating strong litigation management skills
