In-Ride Support Specialist

Summary

Join HopSkipDrive's Safe Ride Support team as an InRide Support Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring safe and smooth rides. You will handle high-volume calls, messages, and emails related to live rides, troubleshoot app and website issues, and maintain adherence to company policies. This remote position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls related to live rides with ease
• Send and quickly respond to SMS/Chat messages and email
• Troubleshoot questions about our apps (Consumer & Driver) and website
• Maintain strict adherence to HopSkipDrive policies and processes
• Be able to recognize and resolve problems before they arise
• Use our CRM (Kustomer) to log phone calls, chats, and SMS conversations
• Multitask with several apps and software programs to handle daily tasks
• Recognize and report to leadership trends in issues and complaints
