As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies within the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include creating offer documents, working with marketing and development teams, designing customer offers and contracts, and improving pre-sales processes. You will also analyze technical requirements for tenders and design customer-specific system solutions. This role requires a technical background, sales experience in the IT industry, and expertise in areas like Cloud, Big Data, AI/ML, or Managed Services. Requirements
- Successfully completed (technical) studies / training and initial experience as a pre-sales consultant, ideally in the IT industry
- Experience in sales, ideally in Software /IT sales with emphasis on the full sales cycle, including customer acquisition
- Cutting-edge know-how in at least one of the following 4 topics: Cloud, Big Data & Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Managed Services
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working, decision-making skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Interest in technical innovations and trends and their influence on finding solutions to customer business problems
- High IT affinity as well as flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Miro, HubSpot
- Excellent language skills in German required
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to build, execute, and revise on a go-to-market strategy for your target area within the hospitality industry
- Support the sales team in creating and responding to offer documents and provide information material
- Work closely with other teams such as marketing, portfolio management and development to ensure that our solutions are optimally aligned with customer requirements
- Design customer offers and contract documents together with sales experts
- Be involved in the further development of our pre-sales processes and help to make our workflows even more efficient
- Design customer-specific system solutions, considering the technical and commercial framework conditions
- Independently be processing and answering of technical requirements in the context of tenders
