  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about the company's products or services, as well as the market and industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required
  • At least one year of sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads and target prospects within a defined market or industry
  • Utilize various sources to compile lists of targeted prospects
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Craft compelling messages and scripts to engage prospects
  • Build name recognition to help increase contact rates
  • Engage in conversations with prospects to assess their needs, challenges, and interest
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule meetings for qualified leads with the outside sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and information in the CRM platform
  • Provide regular reports and updates on calls, emails, lead generation activities, conversion rates
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the target market to adapt outreach strategies
