Installation Quality Specialist

We're passionate about helping customers on low income and benefits improve their homes' insulation, reducing bills and carbon emissions. This role involves analysing survey photos and paperwork for compliance, building relationships with installers and partners, and accurately inputting information into internal databases.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely most of the time and ideally close to either our Nottingham or Newton Aycliffe offices
• To be a team player and relationship builder. Someone who establishes and works with a network to deliver, with a focus on quality and pace
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise large volumes of tasks effectively with a high attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting internal and external monthly deadlines
• Be highly motivated with a can-do problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Analyse survey photos and paperwork to ensure compliance with relevant guidance for each scheme such as OFGEM and PAS
• Take responsibility for the end to end process of your allocated tasks
• Prepare notes based on survey analysis to inform the relevant teams on install, documentation and photo requirements
• Build relationships with the wider installer team and external partners to ensure compliant documentation is received
• Accurately input relevant information into internal databases and CRM systems
• Download and organise documents in preparation for the submission team for funding to be allocated
