Remote ECO Installation Quality Specialist

This role involves analysing survey photos and paperwork for compliance, building relationships with installers and partners, and accurately inputting information into internal databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyse survey photos and paperwork to ensure compliance with relevant guidance
• Take responsibility for the end to end process of your allocated tasks
• Prepare notes based on survey analysis to inform the relevant teams on install, documentation and photo requirements
• Build relationships with the wider installer team and external partners to ensure compliant documentation is received
• Accurately input relevant information into internal databases and CRM systems
• Download and organise documents in preparation for the submission team for funding to be allocated
