Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience preferred
  • A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license. Experience selling in multiple states preferred
  • Phone skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
  • You will work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
  • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
  • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
