Summary

Join Help at Home, a leading provider of high-quality care, as an Intake Client Associate. Educate referral sources about services and expand the client base through direct contact. Drive internal business development by identifying growth opportunities and maintaining key relationships with case managers. Represent Help at Home in the community to increase brand awareness. Maintain effective communication channels and follow up on leads promptly. Maintain the sales activity database and guide qualified leads through their journey to the first caregiver visit. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • Identifies and progresses toward meeting personal and professional goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner
  • Ability to effectively communicate externally as well as internally with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude. Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One (1) to two (2) years in sales or customer service; experience in healthcare sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive internal business development, including identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with existing referral sources to contribute to meeting goals
  • Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals
  • Represent Help at Home appropriately in the community to help spread brand awareness and contribute towards business development
  • Establish and maintain effective channels of communication to ensure efficiency of operational procedures and quality relationship management
  • Follows up on leads effectively and in a timely manner
  • Maintains the database with all sales activities
  • Assists with guiding qualified leads through their journey to the first caregiver visit in a timely manner
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred
