Summary
Join Keyfactor's Integrations Team as a Release Engineer to manage public and private GitHub repositories and integration software solutions. You will ensure Keyfactor's public GitHub presence remains professional and useful. Responsibilities include managing repositories, releases, and access; maintaining documentation; coordinating testing and communication; and ensuring catalog consistency. The role requires a thorough understanding of Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions, along with solid communication and experience in software development and enterprise environments. Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
- Solid communication skills
- Experience working with software development teams
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Sufficient software development background to be able to automate builds, CI pipelines, and to work with .NET and Go based applications and libraries
- Sufficient IT background to be able to perform general operating system, application, and container installation as well as perform administrative tasks on Linux and Windows platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage Keyfactorโs GitHub repositories, both public and private
- Manage public integration releases by ensuring process and criteria met for public repositories
- Monitor and manage external access to private repositories
- Maintain and document integration release processes
- Maintain and document GitHub actions and build pipelines for Keyfactor integrations
- Coordinate testing of integrations after Keyfactor platform releases
- Test/Evaluate/Update integration documentation
- Route GitHub issues and other inquiries to appropriate staff
- Coordinate with marketing around new public releases / updates
- Coordinate with Integration Engineers
- Coordinate with other Keyfactor departments that contribute to GitHub repositories
- Ensure various integration catalogs (GitHub / DevOps / Internal) are consistent (descriptions, status, etc.)
- Assist integration developers with build and release processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity of Public Key Infrastructure is a plus
