Integrations Support Engineer

Summary

Join Roadie, a UPS company, as an Integrations Support Engineer and be the primary point of contact for technical support requests from our network of senders and internal departments. You will monitor systems, manage tickets, and guide customers on using our API and integrations. This role requires troubleshooting reported issues, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to our knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and communication skills, experience with relevant tools (Jira, G-Suite, Postman, Github), and coding skills in at least one programming language. Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other equivalent technical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
• Experience with Jira, G-Suite, Postman, Github
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Tenacity for problem solving
• Core coding skills in at least one programming language

Responsibilities

• Monitor several systems to manage tickets and triage requests to appropriate person or team within Engineering
• Guide customers on the use of our REST API, webhooks, and other relevant partner integrations
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce reported issues in a timely manner
• Monitor open items to ensure all issues are properly processed, documented/logged, assigned and relevant parties are updated
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams
• Contribute to our API documentation and best practices knowledge base
• Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues and seeking clarity to drive effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to or interest in learning Ruby on Rails, Golang, and SQL
