Requirements
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure
- Ability to understand how data relates to business needs / objectives
- Understanding of API integrations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extensive curiosity and creativity to help solve complex operational catering challenges relating to integrations
- Understanding or willingness to learn REST & GraphQL based API integrations and ability to interpret JSON/XML/GraphQL
- Operational understanding of technical integrations including experience troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Work with restaurant brands and third party vendors to onboard new API integrations
- Diagnose and resolve issues originating from the API processes
- Provide technical training to internal and external teams as needed
- Document and troubleshoot API integration processes
- Work alongside Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers and Technical Leads, and support the rest of the company on cross-functional team issues when required
- Regularly engage with clients & vendors dispersed across North America, using email, video conferencing, and screen sharing
- Identify and execute on opportunities for personal learning and engagement
- Test API integrations during onboarding and software development cycles as needed
