Intermediate/Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a technical, data-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, tools, principles, and SDLC
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server databases (query writing, database structures, reporting)
• Experience investigating and analyzing structured data and ensuring report accuracy
• Ability to identify technical and data issues in reports beyond the UI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working with numbers and data tables
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, ensure reporting accuracy, and support the transition of 100+ reports to a new technology stack
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and analyze requirements for report migration and improvements
• Work with databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in reports
• Support report migration to a new technology stack in collaboration with technical teams
• Validate data generation to ensure reports are correct
• Assist teams in identifying and resolving issues related to data or report functionality
• Create clear documentation for business requirements and reporting processes
• Provide regular updates and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner

Background in software development, including working with databases
