Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of BA tools, SDLC, and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams, multiple regions, and time zones
  • Experience supporting projects on web, mobile, and tablet platforms
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with integration partners and prepare clear integration requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and using prioritization techniques
  • Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, accountability, and adaptability
  • Solid skills in work organization, task delegation, and time management
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication, align expectations, and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements throughout development
  • Delegate tasks to junior Business Analysts as needed while sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Manage communication with product managers, integration partners, and other teams involved in active integrations to gather and clarify requirements
  • Write, refine, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Prepare for grooming sessions and support the Scrum Master during daily stand-ups
  • Facilitate demo sessions to present completed features to stakeholders
  • Create clear and concise release notes for each deployment
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to ensure team alignment and transparent communication

Preferred Qualifications

Basic technical knowledge (SQL queries, APIs, etc.)
